L'Origine is the third gesture of the Feï method, to nourish skin, body and mind. Inspired by the gut-brain-skin axis, this In & Out formula is taken as a renewable 30-day programme. Three probiotic strains and prebiotic fibres act on the balance of the gut microbiota, directly linked to mental balance — sleep, stress, vitality. 01Cleanse and rebalance. Sprinkle a small amount of L'Essentiel into your hands, work into a foam and apply to wet skin or hair, then rinse.
02Revitalise and regenerate. Apply 3 to 5 drops of L'Élixir to the face and neck morning and evening, alone or before your usual care. On the scalp, apply a few drops and leave on for at least 2 hours before shampooing.
03Nourish from within. Take one L'Origine stick a day, during a meal, straight into the mouth.
